The Quality Policy is based on the following principles:

Organization and Collaborators

To develop the necessary actions to ensure that each employee has the skills required for their role.

To plan actions to identify, assess, and address risks and opportunities throughout the value chain, contributing to increasing desirable effects and preventing/reducing undesirable effects.

To evaluate and periodically review, by Top Management, the performance of the Quality Management System, according to established and approved procedures, with a perspective of continuous improvement.

Customers

Our relationship with the customer is based on a commitment to the quality of the services and products we provide. We have a policy of solid and sustained investment in continuous improvement, as we are aware that the services and products we offer are essential in maintaining the trust placed in us by customers and other stakeholders in the market, including regulatory entities, tax authorities, investors, suppliers, and the general market.

We recognize the importance and criticality of our role in delivering quality services and products. Our goal is to continuously identify and meet customer requirements and build their trust through a serious professional relationship, personalized services and a prompt response to their needs and expectations.

We enhance the value we deliver to our customers by leveraging synergies among the different companies within the group and the areas of expertise they possess.

Suppliers

We adopt an impartial approach, being meticulous in our selection process, continuously evaluating their performance, and assessing the products and services they provide.

Shareholders

To pursue the strategic guidelines defined by the Administration on behalf of the shareholders, ensuring the implementation of necessary actions to fulfill the strategic directions.

To maximize the value generated by the company through the establishment of good management practices and business development.

Community

To promote and support initiatives within the communities of the countries where we are integrated and operate, in the fields of Training and the Development of local and regional Economies, and to prioritize the promotion of initiatives to showcase Portugal to international stakeholders as a platform of excellence regarding its main factors of international competitiveness, with particular emphasis on the excellence of Portuguese human resources.
